Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day branch operations including customer service and sales.
• Support senior management in monitoring employees and productivity.
• Participate in leadership and management training programs.
• Assist in creating and implementing branch strategies to meet goals.
• Help plan team meetings, trainings and community events.
• Review branch performance statistics and suggest improvements.
• Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
• Progressively take on expanded duties as development progresses.
