The Adaptation Installation Company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Peterborough operation. You will manage a dedicated team, ensure safe and profitable branch performance, and maintain a high standard of customer service.

This hands-on role involves developing relationships with dealerships and partner programmes, driving growth, budgeting, and visiting partners to identify opportunities. A strong leader with commercial acumen will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising a small operational team.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgeting and performance focus.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Experience improving operational efficiency and driving performance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Full UK driving licence (max six penalty points).

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Peterborough branch.
• Deliver revenue, profitability and performance targets.
• Maximise workshop utilisation and productivity.
• Build relationships with dealerships, Motability partners and WAV converters.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities for growth.
• Coach and develop the branch team.
• Monitor budgets and forecasts, taking action to improve results.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience from enquiry to completion.
