The role involves maintaining strict compliance with financial procedures, supporting the branch team, and contributing to overall branch performance across the UK network.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and customer payments.
• Understanding of credit terms and debt chasing processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the sales ledger to ensure customers stay within credit terms.
• Chase outstanding debt to prevent accounts from being put on hold.
• Place daily floats in the retail counter till and process payments.
• Reconcile banking for the previous day and investigate discrepancies.
• Handle petty cash and ensure secure cash handling procedures.
