Job summary
Euro Car Parts Limited is seeking a Branch Administrator in the United Kingdom to support cash handling and credit control at the heart of the branch operations. You will use our systems to monitor customer accounts and cash flow, ensuring terms are met and discrepancies are resolved.
You will chase outstanding debts, manage banking, reconcile daily cash and support the branch team with month-end tasks, while contributing to a compliant and efficient operation across locations.

- Cash handling and credit control responsibilities within a branch
- Monitor customer accounts and cash flow using company systems
- Chase outstanding debt and manage credit terms with customers
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the sales ledger so credit account customers do not exceed terms
- Chase outstanding debt to prevent accounts from being on hold
- Handle daily cash in tills and banking entries
- Reconcile banking for the previous day and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain petty cash and balance in the branch
- Process return credit notes and check new credit references
- Assist with National Accounts paperwork and collections
- Follow up on debtors and support the Branch Manager as needed
