Overview

Role: Branch Director / Branch Manager

Sector: Construction Materials / Building Supplies

Location: Oxford Area

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 plus bonus, plus car, plus benefits, Mon - Fri only.

Our client is a well-respected and long established distributor of construction supplies / building products. Their branch in the Oxford area requires a new Branch Director. This is a busy site and it needs someone to keep it going in the right direction.

This role requires a special someone - ideally a proven Branch Manager or Branch Director who must be currently working in the world of general builders merchants, timber merchants, insulation / drywall merchants or any specialist distributors of building materials / construction supplies to the Construction sector. Assistant Managers could be considered but only if they can demonstrate good and proven management experience.

The right person should have had success running a site along with a drive to always maximise potential. You will need the right blend of sales drive with strong operational skills and experience. A good all-rounder who can guide on all aspects of the business and assist the team where necessary.

Qualifications / Profile
