An opportunity to run an expanding branch in a well-respected business with a huge range of construction supply products. This is a well-functioning branch that needs a new leader and offers a very strong basic salary with benefits and a potential progression plan.
We are recruiting an experienced Branch Director / Branch Manager for a respected distributor/merchant at their site in Bristol. The ideal candidate will currently be a Branch Manager within the merchant sector with a proven track record of growing and sustaining a profitable operation. Passion and determination are prerequisites to maintain strong business relationships and build a pipeline of new customers as the branch aims to expand its market share.
You will take responsibility for maximizing the potential sales and overall profitability of the branch. Candidates must possess a demonstrable track record in sales, negotiation, and stock control. You will have control over the sales and operations of the branch.
This role offers the opportunity to build and develop your own team. You should be able to use market intelligence and analyze stock profiles as well as sales trends to anticipate future directions.
