Job Description:

Harte Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious property firm known for excellence in residential and commercial sales. They are seeking a driven, proactive, and organised Branch Coordinator to join their Leeds branch and support its success.

This role offers an opportunity for someone with a property background interested in a central, office-based position. Knowledge of the property market is advantageous but not essential. The role is admin-focused, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

The Package:

  • £28,000 per annum with a discretionary bonus (higher for the right candidate)
  • Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), with potential for additional leave
  • Free Parking in Leeds

The Branch Coordinator Role:

  • Serve as the central point of contact in the office, ensuring smooth operations across sales and lettings
  • Typing tenancy agreements, property particulars, and brochures
  • Handle incoming calls, relay messages, and ensure follow-ups
  • Assist with coordinating viewings and related admin duties
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for Branch and Lettings Managers
  • Perform general office duties like filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Maintain office supplies and organisation
  • Assist with tenant referencing, renewals, and lease management
  • Perform other office management and administrative duties as needed

The Person:

  • Exceptional organisational skills with multitasking ability
  • Calm, professional, and approachable under pressure
  • Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, and team
  • Experience in sales, lettings, or property management is a plus
  • Knowledge of the property market is beneficial but not essential
