This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Responsibilities: Diary Management – Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with colleagues to ensure smooth clinic operations. Customer Support – Assist hearing care professionals in delivering exceptional service across hearing centres, day clinics, and home visits. Administration – Maintain accurate customer records, manage stock reporting, and ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.
