Job Description:

Harte Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious property firm known for excellence in residential and commercial sales. They are seeking a driven, proactive, and organised Branch Coordinator to join their branch in Crawley and contribute to its success.

This role is ideal for someone with a property background looking to move into a more office-based, administrative role. Knowledge of the property market is beneficial but not essential. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The Package:

  • £28,000 per annum with discretionary bonus (higher for suitable candidates)
  • Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), with potential for additional leave
  • Free parking in Crawley

The Branch Coordinator Role:

  • Serve as the central point of contact in the office, ensuring smooth operations in sales and lettings
  • Prepare tenancy agreements, property particulars, and brochures
  • Manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly
  • Coordinate viewings and handle related admin duties
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for Managers
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a professional environment
  • Assist with tenant referencing, renewals, and lease management
  • Perform other office management and administrative tasks as needed

The Person:

  • Exceptional organisational skills with multitasking ability
  • Calm, professional, and approachable under pressure
  • Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, and team
  • Experience in sales, lettings, or property management is advantageous
  • Knowledge of the property market is a plus but not required
