Job summary

Booker in Norwich is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver excellent service. You will help customers find what they need, keep shelves stocked, and ensure fast, friendly service at the till.

We operate 5/7 days and hire individuals aged 17 or over. The role rewards a can-do attitude, reliability, and professional presentation in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years or older.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find what they need and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the till and assist with deliveries where needed.

About the role

You will be responsible for

Customers are at the heart of everything we do, our customers need to be back in their own business as quickly as possible having found what they need, we keep the shelves full, provide speed of service through the tills and wish them a fond farewell or maybe our customers need a delivery and we are accurately picking what they need.
