Job summary

Booker is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our busy store in Exeter. You will be part of a 5/7 day operation, delivering fast, friendly service and keeping shelves well-stocked to help customers find what they need quickly.

Join a collaborative team with opportunities to develop in a high-energy retail environment. You must be aged 17 or over and present a professional image at all times.

Responsibilities

Serve customers at till and on the floor, ensuring fast and friendly service.
Keep shelves stocked and prices accurate for quick checkout.
Help with deliveries and picking orders when required to meet customer needs.

About the role

We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Working as part of a team you will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do, our customers need to be back in their own business as quickly as possible having found what they need, we keep the shelves full, provide speed of service through the tills and wish them a fond farewell or maybe our customers need a delivery and we are accurately picking what they need.
