Job summary

Booker is seeking a team member to work in the chilled and frozen section, delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role involves 5/7 days, with shifts that may include early starts and weekend work. You will help ensure shelves are stocked and customers are attended to promptly, contributing to a smooth checkout process.

The successful candidate will be 17 or older, reliable, and ready to go the extra mile for shoppers in-store.

Qualifications

• Must have a can-do attitude and passion for customer service.
• Willing to go the extra mile to assist customers.
• Be available to work as part of a 5/7 day operation.
• Must be presentable, punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

About the role

The working pattern is Mon to Sat (day of in the week) 08:00:18:00 can change to 07:00-16:00

This will be working in the chilled and frozen section.

We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Working as part of a team you will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

We are 5/7 day operation, (check our website for specific opening times.)

We only recruit individuals who are aged 17 and over

You will be responsible for

Customers are at the heart of everything we do, our customers need to be back in their own business as quickly as possible having found what they need, we keep the shelves full, provide speed of service through the tills and wish them a fond farewell or maybe our customers need a delivery and we are accurately picking what they need.
