What you will do:

  • Manage operations in your assigned area, including people management, customer service, branch sales, risk management, and asset protection
  • Implement corporate, business, and marketing strategies to promote growth
  • Monitor expenses and take corrective actions as needed
  • Coordinate between support functions and branches for efficient information flow
  • Maintain operational and store security
  • Coach, develop, and motivate a diverse team
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Manage labor and branch operating budgets
  • Assess regional branch performance and develop improvement plans
  • Handle operational issues as they arise

What you will bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field, or 7-10 years of relevant experience including at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Experience in business development within a B2B industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including supervision, feedback, and mentorship
  • Strategic thinking with awareness of long-term business implications
  • Ability to understand and connect complex operational and financial issues
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration
  • Highly organized, capable of prioritizing and multitasking
