A regional property services company in Tendring is seeking an Administrator to manage client relationships and support home sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a track record in administration and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Offering salary between £17,500 to £25,000, this role includes opportunities for training and career development. Legal entitlement to work in the UK is essential.
Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings or the home buying process.
A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills within the property industry.

As an Administrator, we would expect you to; be able to manage client relationships, ensure the smooth running of the branch, assist in and process home sales, and liaise with relevant parties involved in the home buying process.
Basic annual salary ranging between £17,500 to £25,000, dependent on your experience.
