You will play a vital role in assisting one of our clients in Bradford-on-Avon with their daily routines, building independence, and providing emotional support and companionship. Main duties of the job

As a Brain Injury Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting your client's daily routines and personal tasks, encouraging independence and skill-building, offering emotional support and friendly companionship, and keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team. You will need experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, great communication skills, compassion, patience, and a positive attitude.
