Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit Brain Injury Support Workers for our male client in his 30s who is living in Stoke-on-Trent.

Hours: 10am-6pm

Responsibilities:

• Supporting our client to access the community
• Providing encouragement and motivation
• Attending appointments
• Assisting with rehabilitation programs
• Supporting daily living activities

Training & Background Checks:

An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to starting, with support from our clinical lead nurse.

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in support work alongside experienced professionals.
