Brain Injury Support Worker – Location: Slough | Pay: £19.00 per hour | Shifts: Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8:00–16:30

Join Our Team at Libertatem Healthcare Group. We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to support one of our clients with complex health needs in Slough. The client enjoys aqua hydrotherapy in the swimming pool and will require driving there once a week. The role may involve travel to London to support respite at the client’s Mother’s house.

This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and delivering consistent, person-centred care.
