Brain Injury Case Manager

Location: Kent, Sussex, London & Surrounding Areas

Salary: Competitive Salary (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full Time (Flexible Home Working)

Are you an Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Physio, or Nurse thinking about a change?

The organisation is looking for motivated care professionals to join their growing and dynamic team, ideally with experience of working with brain injured individuals, or experience of other conditions such as stroke, mental health, and ataxia.

The Role

As a Case Manager, your role is to enable your clients to reach their full potential in terms of their personal goals, quality of life, social participation, and functional performance, ensuring that clients receive effective, safe, and high-quality care and case management service provision.

Gaining a thorough understanding of the needs of your clients, you will coordinate and manage a range of appropriate therapies, services, and dedicated care regimes to ensure that these needs are met.

This is a challenging and rewarding role, which, along with clinical and managerial experience, requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, resilience, and compassion.

Head First provides thorough training, regular clinical supervision, and unrivalled peer support. The role will suit a pro-active individual that has highly developed organisational skills and is confident to ask questions.

Skills and Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 2 years' post qualification
  2. Experience of working with brain injured adults and/or children is desirable but not essential
  3. Must be registered with HCPC, SWE, or NMC
  4. Your own means of transport and prepared to drive during the course of your work
  5. Computer literate
  6. Report writing and letter writing skills

You will need to be based in one of the required geographical locations identified above.
