Role Overview

You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will be attentive to customer needs and have the opportunity to learn about our products to assist customers effectively.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Greet and thank customers, wishing them a fond farewell in a warm and friendly manner to ensure a memorable experience.
  2. Provide exceptional service, using your knowledge to help customers find the best products for them across in-store and multi-channel sales.
  3. Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
  4. Assist with processing deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
  5. Maintain general housekeeping and tidiness of the shop floor and back of house.
  6. Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
  7. Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
  8. Adhere to all FatFace policies and procedures, including GDPR compliance.
