We seek a self-motivated individual with comprehensive experience in building control. The ideal candidate will support our team and help adapt our services to meet the Building Safety Act. Qualifications include corporate RICS/CABE membership, extensive experience in commercial and domestic projects, and competence in buildings at Class 2F for the Building Safety Regulator. Salary range for this role is £80,477 - £87,009 FTE, including market premia and allowances.
