About you

We seek a self-motivated individual with comprehensive experience in building control. The ideal candidate will support our team and help adapt our services to meet the Building Safety Act. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage team members and their caseloads.
• Support education and training to enhance team skills.
• Ensure compliance with the Building Safety Bill through ongoing improvement.
• Deputise for the Head of Building Control when needed.
• Review and update service systems and procedures to align with current policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications include corporate RICS/CABE membership, extensive experience in commercial and domestic projects, and competence in buildings at Class 2F for the Building Safety Regulator. Salary range for this role is £80,477 - £87,009 FTE, including market premia and allowances. We seek a self-motivated leader with comprehensive building control experience for this exciting opportunity.
