About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to take overall direction, coordination, implementation,
execution, control, and completion of business-driven projects. In this pivotal role, you will ensure strict consistency with our
PDS methodology, providing professional project management services essential for the successful delivery of a diverse range of
small to major projects and programs.

As a Project Manager you are expected to lead major projects/programmes, delivering significant business and IT change critical to
customer service, business development or requiring investment from Unipart to support an agreed business case.
As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
* Collaborate with senior management to define project scope, functional specifications, and create detailed project plans
* Determine and effectively allocate resources (time, money, equipment) required for project completion
* Develop, review, and revise project schedules with stakeholders and affected staff
* Define clear project objectives and the criteria for evaluating project success upon delivery
* Consult with appropriate managers, to recruit, interview, and select project team members with the necessary skills
* Manage and implement projects according to established policies, practices, and the PDS approach, utilising selected tools and
systems
* Establish and maintain project folders to ensure all project information is appropriately documented and secured
* Monitor daily project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion
* Promptly respond to project risks and audits that impact time, cost, or quality, escalating exceptions when necessary
* Monitor project budgets, projections, and actuals, reporting variances to senior management and ensuring all financial records
are up-to-date and reported weekly
About You

* Experience in a logistics, manufacturing, supply chain industry an advantage
* Proven experience in project management, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with senior management, stakeholders, and
team members
* Demonstrate ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
* Proficiency in project management software and tools
* Solid understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance reporting
* Experience in stakeholder management and communication planning
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable
* Formal training or certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) is a significant advantage
