The fifteen-year $100m investment programme is structured as a "Hub and Spoke" model, with the "Hub" located within The University of Manchester. The "Spokes" include the University of Cambridge, Imperial College London, and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
bp-ICAM seeks a Project Support candidate to help build the internal community through events, online tools, and relationship management. The community includes PhD students, Post-Doctoral Researchers, Academics, and Support Staff from The University of Manchester, the Spoke Universities, and bp.
The role involves coordinating projects, demonstrating self-motivation, initiative, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. The candidate must manage a demanding workload and may occasionally work evenings for events.
Essential requirements include high IT literacy, proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, video conferencing tools, and preferably experience in event management.
