Based in south Buckinghamshire, just outside London, ACHC is an ambitious club that boasts 13 adult sides on a Saturday, 500 juniors and a growing presence within the community. We are a Talent Centre, and are targeting National League status for our senior sides.

We are looking for a Boys Lead Coach, tasked with heading up the U12, U14 and U16 groups. The key parts of the role include planning and delivering weekly training to each group, working with our assistant coaches to select and take matches and liaising with the men’s section and head coaches on the boys’ progress. The competitively paid role covers four hours of training time split across Tuesday and Thursday evenings with the possibility of extra coaching at Sunday matches. There will also be opportunities to coach through the whole calendar year in our hockey camps and summer sessions.

The right person for the role will have experience of planning and implementing a successful hockey curriculum either in a club or school environment to kids with a range of ability. They will be used to developing players to play at Tier 1 Club, County and TA level. Applicants should have the skills to build relationships with coaching colleagues, parents and the players.
