The Role
This role is a key component of our dynamic ticketing team at the Roundhouse, providing exceptional service to customers and promoters alike. You will lead the ticketing operation on show nights, liaising with ticket agents, promoters, and internal stakeholders as well as having customer issues escalated for resolution. You will be knowledgeable about Roundhouse events and offerings, and support the front-line team in providing warm, friendly service to our guests.
Please note regular weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.
About you:
We are looking for a personable and proactive individual with box office experience in a supervisory capacity. You will have excellent communication and customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with a team and other key stakeholders.
We are looking for the successful applicant to be available to start on/ by 01 October 2025.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks) on a rota over 7 days. Shifts will vary but will include days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Salary: £38,000 per annum
