Training days are scheduled prior to the festival's start, and the position will run until December, requiring approximately 46 working days.

  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and group bookings.

  • Work on-site in Manchester during the festival operations.

Job description

The Box Office Manager will be an important part of Festival operations, being the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, group bookings and taking charge of our ticketing system for this festival edition. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, enthusiastic, friendly, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator and can maintain a professional composure in a busy festival environment.

  • There are 2 training days planned in August, and the main role commences on Mon 1 Sep until Fri 5 Dec. The post-holder will be expected to work a total of 46 days (approx 3 per week, see description for details).
  • Work on-site in Manchester will be required
