A leading festival organization is seeking a Box Office Manager to manage customer enquiries, group bookings, and the ticketing system for an upcoming festival in Manchester. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, ensuring a smooth operation in a busy environment. Training days are scheduled prior to the festival's start, and the position will run until December, requiring approximately 46 working days.
The Box Office Manager will be an important part of Festival operations, being the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, group bookings and taking charge of our ticketing system for this festival edition. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, enthusiastic, friendly, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator and can maintain a professional composure in a busy festival environment.
