A community-focused leisure provider in Guildford is seeking a Customer Service Team Member for the Bowling Alley. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting visitors with bowling etiquette, and maintaining a clean environment. Full training is provided, along with opportunities for career progression and a comprehensive benefits package. Salary is up to £12.21 per hour with flexible working hours.

From Swimming lessons, to walking football and everything in-between we are driven to provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.
We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our team, at Guildford Spectrum, in our Bowling Alley. Working at this iconic centre, you will be part of the Freedom Leisure team. You will deliver excellent customer service at all time, ensuring our visitors have a warm and friendly welcome. Working in the bowling alley, you will be on hand to assist customers with bowling etiquette, which could be anything from ball weights, shoe hire and the nature of the game.
The good thing is that we provide you with full training and great potential for career progression, we have over 100 facilities across England and Wales – many of our staff have built successful careers with us because they love the having a positive impact in their local communities and enjoy the variety that the role provides.
