Store Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor, Retail, Fashion, Shoes, Footwear, Shaftesbury, Dorset

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage this luxury brand in their Shaftesbury store. The brand has a rich heritage and an exciting future as it continues to expand with a loyal customer base and growth.

The ideal candidate:

• Will have been a Manager in a quality retail environment, preferably within lifestyle, customer-focused brands
• Worked with a product that requires one-to-one customer service
• Well versed in KPIs and can confidently discuss their results
• Experience with Fashion, Accessories, or Footwear
• Above all, passionate about delivering excellent customer service

Competitive salary: basic £35-38K, OTE circa £40-£43K, company discounts/clothing allowance
