We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our client's standalone boutique in London's luxury shopping district.

Our client is a market leader in beautiful timepieces, ranked among the top brands globally, with significant market share growth driven by innovation and heritage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 10 staff members
• Manage CRM processes, events, and clienteling
• Develop and motivate staff, fostering a positive performance culture

Compensation:

• Basic salary: £50,000 - £55,000
• Uncapped commission
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): £65,000 - £70,000 based on store performance
