Proactively build lasting relationships with our customers, offering a bespoke and personal experience.

Identify growth opportunities and contribute to the development of our brand presence within the local community.

Lead by example, helping to maintain the high standards our customers expect across all APJ locations.

Liaise with the workshop, outworkers and other boutiques to ensure repairs, commissions and orders are delivered in a timely manner.

A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to inspire others.

Strong business acumen and experience of increasing turnovers in your current and previous roles.

This is more than a retail role - it's a chance to shape and grow a boutique in one of the UK's most exciting market towns, with the support of a well-established, family-run jewellery brand.
