Job Opportunity: Boutique Manager

We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our client's standalone boutique in London's luxury shopping area.

Our client is a market leader in beautiful timepieces, ranked among the top brands globally, with significant market share growth driven by innovation and heritage.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of 10 staff
• Managing CRM processes, events, and clienteling
• Driving sales and customer engagement in a luxury retail environment

Compensation:

Basic salary between £50,000-£55,000 with uncapped commission. OTE based on current store performance is approximately £65,000-£70,000.
