Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking an Interior Designer to drive the Soho Home Design consultation service from our Central London location. You will work with walk-in and virtual clients, delivering bespoke CAD plans and mood boards while educating teams on Soho Home products and standards.

In this role you will own the client journey from first contact to delivery, lead design workshops, and help grow the Soho Home offering across the store and events team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience within a design firm or furniture retail brand.
• Strong design sense with ability to present bespoke design solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with Soho Home clients in store and virtually.
• Host consultations to define client design briefs and deliver bespoke presentations.
• Create CAD plans and mood boards for design concepts and proposals.
• Guide clients and teams on Soho Home design standards and products.
• Manage client touchpoints from initial contact to delivery and logistics.
• Support staff training and help run interior design workshops and events.
