Job Description:

Miryco Consultants is working with a high-performing Boutique RegTech and Strategic Consultancy looking to bring on board intelligent and hard-working Senior Consultants and Assistant Managers to their team. This role is ideal for professionals early in their careers with a desire to learn and work collaboratively with industry-leading consultants. The candidate would have experience working on projects related to the regulatory environment, contributing proactively and reactively.

Responsibilities:

• Help with the strategic implementation of new policies and procedures for clients.
• Assist senior team members with consulting projects related to SMCR, Financial Crime, Conduct/Consumer Duty, Regulatory Transformation, Remediation, and more.
• Stay informed of industry best practices and regulatory guidance.
• Support senior stakeholders during client and internal presentations.
• Identify key issues regarding clients’ regulatory risks.
• Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and employees.

Experience:

• Excellent academic background - 2:1 Degree.
• Experience with regulatory consulting projects.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of financial services.
• Excellent communication skills, work ethic, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.
