Job description

How will you make an impact?

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing waiting times, and ensuring they are well taken care of in the most efficient manner. You will also assist Sales Associates during sales and participate in daily boutique operations.

What will be your mission?

Client Welcoming and Waiting Time Management
  • Uphold the Cartier image by maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Provide a consistent excellent client experience with courtesy and professionalism
  • Welcome and greet clients upon arrival
  • Manage client waiting times and direct clients to waiting areas, ensuring they are attended to by the Hospitality team if relevant
  • Share information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique
  • Ensure smooth client flow within the boutique
Sales Assistance
  • Coordinate between Sales Associates and Stock Admin/Cashier/Voituriers
  • Handle gift wrapping and manage the packaging area
  • Accompany clients to the door upon departure
  • Assist with Care Service duties (e.g., bringing pieces), without handling payments
Daily Boutique Operations
  • Maintain an impeccable boutique environment
  • Respect all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Support stock inventories and price labeling
  • Participate in setup and breakdown at opening and closing times
  • Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Order boutique supplies (bags, drinks, materials, etc.)

  • Experience in a client service role (luxury industry preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong team player
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
