Job description

Do you have solid experience in Fine Jewellery, and ideally in High Jewellery as well?

Do you possess a strong sense of luxury service, aesthetics, and a proactive approach?

Are you a supportive team player, positive, and constructive at all times?

Do you have very good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with an international clientele to develop a network of loyal clients?

Are you meticulous, highly client-focused, and organized?

What are we expecting from you?

The Boutique Assistant supports the sales team in providing an exceptional experience to clients, efficiently handling both client-facing and back-office activities. This role embodies and represents the Maison’s values at the highest standards.

Advising, selling & clienteling…

  • Assist Sales Associates during presentations (welcome clients, serve drinks, present products)
  • Prepare and wrap products
  • Process sales (prepare related documents, follow payment procedures)
  • Support sales team in daily clienteling activities (gift card preparation, purchase of small client gifts)

Showcase maison identity & expertise…

  • Follow Brand visual identity guidelines (visual merchandising, daily maintenance)
  • Support event organization
  • Have knowledge of High Jewellery, Jewellery, and Watchmaking

Customer service…

  • Assist Sales Associates during customer service activities
  • Perform customer service activities permitted in the boutique when needed
  • Prepare and wrap products
  • Process sales when necessary

Customer experience & in-store journey…

  • Support Sales Associates in Customer Path (CP) preparation
  • Review and set up the workspace
  • Check daily cleanliness of counters, displays, and windows

Operations…

  • Review and set up back-office sales tools
  • Contribute to operational tasks
  • Monitor stock of supplies (consumables, drinks, stationery, etc.)
  • Be aware of current product stock
  • Build operational knowledge of all digital tools (tablet, iPad, iPhone, etc.)
  • Comply with Maison’s policies and commercial rules
  • Follow established procedures
