We are actively seeking a Chef de Partie to work as part of our kitchen brigade in Botanica, located in our brand new Spa. Your main focus will be to assist the Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist the brigade in the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the Spa kitchen operation.
  • Help develop creative Spa menus and ensure the quality of food meets the high standards expected in the Spa.
  • Provide feedback from members or guests of the Spa to the Sous Chef.
  • Assist in other sections and mentor the Commis Chef and Demi CDP in their tasks.
  • Support daily ordering, considering stock usage, menu planning, and business levels.
  • Ensure the kitchen complies with cleanliness, stock control, and work prioritization standards.

  • Proven experience in a similar high-quality hotel/spa environment.
  • A passion for food, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
  • Understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines.
  • Willingness to work to the high standards of a luxury establishment.
  • Innovation, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Experience supervising and guiding others.
