In this role, you will be responsible for:
Your Role: Lead, Innovate, Transform
You won’t just be supporting our BPS team—you’ll be leading change. We are looking for someone ready to take ownership of key projects, contribute fresh ideas, and challenge the status quo. You will:
• Drive Lean Transformation: Embed lean manufacturing principles across sourcing, production, and logistics, ensuring efficient and flexible processes.
• Lead Projects: Take charge of initiatives that improve material flow, enhance productivity, and optimise operational efficiency.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Health & Safety, Engineering, HR, and more to deliver impactful change.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Manage and analyse key production data to identify trends, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making.
• Be a Key Player in BPS Audits: Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with Bosch’s high standards of excellence.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 07:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a 30-minute unpaid lunchbreak and 07:00 – 12:00 Friday
