Job summary

Arthur is recruiting a Claims Bordereaux Analyst to join a growing Delegated Authority Claims function within a leading London Market insurer. You will take ownership of bordereaux processes, ensuring data quality oversight and regulatory compliance across delegated claims arrangements.

You will work with experienced stakeholders across claims and delegated authority, gaining exposure to oversight reporting and governance, with a clear pathway to develop your technical skillset and progression

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in insurance with bordereaux or delegated authority exposure.
• Proficiency in analysing data to identify trends and issues.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review and process claims bordereaux for accuracy
• Produce reporting on data trends and performance metrics
• Identify data quality issues and drive improvements
• Coordinate with outsourced providers for bordereaux management
• Investigate and resolve breaches in delegated authority arrangements
• Assist Claims Delegated Authority Manager with day-to-day oversight
• Support conduct risk initiatives and customer outcomes
