Role - Boots Health Hub - Copy Specialist

Location - Nottingham Support Office

Contract- Permanent

Hours - 37.5 per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team here in the Superintendent Pharmacist's Office at Boots.

About the roles

The Copy Specialist (L6) provides professional, legal and ethical advice, information and support to all areas of the business involved in healthcare or pharmacy activity, including the Boots Health Hub content team. In addition, the candidate will work closely with other team members within the Superintendent Pharmacist's Office team, as well as other key stakeholders across the wider business, to support activities that the Superintendent Pharmacist is accountable for.

What you'll need to have

- Must be a registered practising pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience.

- Be able to work with autonomy and independence as well as part of a team and continually stay informed about new changes, updates and programmes within the business.

- Should be a team player who is willing to coach and develop other team members, with excellent communication and written skills and a can-do attitude.

- Be able to demonstrate rational decision-making and relay accurate information in time sensitive situations.

- Have good command of the English language, grammar and spelling with articulate communication skills (both written and verbal).

What you will do in the role

  • After appropriate training, review, edit and give final approval to all customer-facing copy (including Health Hub content, marketing campaigns, social media, pharmacy services leaflets) that relates to healthcare within Boots.
  • Lead copy strategy, identifying opportunities to continually approve processes and ways of working as well as review products that do not have a product licence for potential inclusion in the healthcare inventory.
  • Provide legal, professional and ethical support to internal team members to ensure all initiatives delivered by Boots are legal and comply with the Regulations.
