Qualifications

• Hands-on Boomi development and deployment experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and production issue resolution skills.
• Experience configuring Boomi connectors across systems.
• Proficiency with Boomi’s low-code interface for scalable processes.
• Understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, and orchestration.
• Ability to monitor, log analytics, and issue remediation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (Azure or similar).
• Experience in ITIL-aligned incident and change management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Boomi integrations.
• Maintain and enhance existing integrations and deliver new solutions.
• Configure and support Boomi connectors across enterprise apps and services.
• Support time management, Salesforce, user access sync, and digital docs integrations.
• Troubleshoot failures, data flows, mappings, and connectivity issues.
• Analyse Boomi logs and alerts to identify and resolve issues.
• Support deployments across DEV/QA/PROD environments.
• Administer DEV/QA/PROD environments and document processes.
• Contribute to integration documentation and knowledge transfer.
