This successful and well-established accountancy practice based in Paignton serves a wide range of clients across various sectors, including groups, subsidiaries of overseas parents, and other interesting clients.
As a Bookkeeper & Outsourced Accountant at their Paignton office, you will provide bookkeeping services, VAT returns, and other services to diverse sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies (SMEs and OMBs). You will interact directly with clients, building relationships. The role primarily involves QuickBooks, Xero, Sage 50, and Excel. You will work closely with directors and may, over time, manage some clients' entire accounting functions, acting as an outsourced accounting department.
The ideal candidate may hold an AAT qualification or possess relevant experience and technical skills. Candidates with 3-5+ years of practice experience or self-employed senior bookkeepers seeking stability are encouraged to apply.
