About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week) for a fixed-term contract of 6 months (with the possibility to extend). This role is integral to our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our bookkeeping processes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable (AP): Oversee outgoing bills and invoices, ensuring suppliers are paid on time.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR): Send and manage invoices and incoming payments.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile transactions within Xero. Complete weekly cash reviews.
  • Processing Expenses: Manage employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Month End: Assist with month end responsibilities.
  • Ad hoc: Assist finance team with ad hoc tasks.

This role requires a meticulous individual who can manage multiple financial tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
