Bookkeeper - Part-Time
Location: South Leicester
Salary: Equivalent to A£18-A£20 per hour, DOE
Flexible Hours: 3 full days or 4-5-part days - your choice!
Are you an experienced Bookkeeper or Accounts Assistant looking for a flexible, part-time role with a friendly and growing firm?
Our client, a small but fast-growing firm of Chartered Accountants based in South Leicester, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join their supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a varied role with plenty of autonomy and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
. Bookkeeping for sole traders, partnerships, and small limited companies
. Preparing and submitting VAT returns
. Managing accounts using Xero (essential)
. Familiarity with Sage Line 50 (desirable but not required)
About You:
. You have proven experience in bookkeeping - ideally within a Chartered Accountancy practice, though other backgrounds will be considered
. You may be qualified by experience or currently studying AAT
. You're comfortable managing your own workload and enjoy working in a collaborative environment
. You bring accuracy, reliability, and a positive attitude to your work
