About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. You will act as the conduit between managers and clients, managing and building relationships with our client base, and working closely with various departments to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the entire client journey with White Sky.
  2. Understand client needs to provide tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate across internal teams to deliver excellent client service.
  4. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  5. Prepare and generate reports for internal use.
  6. Manage workflows and performance of onshore and offshore team members.
  7. Handle ATO dealings and client communications.
  8. Monitor client deadlines to ensure prompt service.
  9. Maintain regular contact with clients via various mediums, addressing concerns.
  10. Maintain all physical and digital records.
  11. Support the firm’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance strategies.
  12. Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking for in a Candidate:
  1. Experience as a Client Services Manager or similar role in accounting and business services.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
  4. Results-driven with a focus on accuracy.
  5. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency in ATO portal, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Knowledge of administrative processes and regulations in the accounting industry.
  8. Experience with cloud accounting software such as Xero.
  9. Interest or knowledge in music or the creative industry is highly valued!
