An established family-oriented business is seeking an all-around accounts professional to join their small, friendly team. This varied role involves managing finances, including bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and VAT submissions, while collaborating closely with directors and external accountants. Ideal candidates will be adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple tasks within a supportive environment. Are you looking for an all-around, busy, varied accounts role with a rural family business?

You will look after the business's finances, taking accounts through to trial balance, and working with the directors and the external accountants.

You will be responsible for:

Bank reconciliations
Online banking
Cash flow management
Journals
VAT reconciliation and submissions
PAYE payments and salary payments
Credit card statements
Debt collection
Purchase orders
Expenses
Sales and creditor invoices
General accounts administration

You will need to be comfortable being a jack of all trades in the accounts team and happy juggling different tasks.

Experience with Sage would be an advantage.

This role sits within a small, friendly team for a family-oriented business.
