The role:

You will be responsible for a range of tasks, which will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Producing timely financial reports
  • Streamlining accounting processes
  • Contributing to enhanced service delivery for our clients
Qualifications

  • A proven track record in the accounting sector, ideally with bookkeeping experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain accurate financial transactions and records
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and month-end closing procedures
  • Generate and analyze financial reports and statements
  • Support year-end processes and assist with audit preparations
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
