As a Bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include…
• Prepare yearly budgets and calculating service charges for leaseholders
• Provide monthly leaseholder statements
• Manage budgets and budget variances and account reconciliation
• Communicate with leaseholders and manage client information
• Invoice processing and some credit control
• Manage a portfolio of accounts within Xero for multiple properties
We’re looking for a Bookkeeper with the following skills and experience…
• Previous experience as a Bookkeeper, Finance Assistant or similar
• Strong Xero skills and experience
• Some credit control experience
• Good time management and organisation skills
• Proactive, detail orientated with strong interpersonal skills
