An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a growing business based in central Leeds. This is a key role supporting the financial and operational functions of the business, with a broad range of responsibilities and real scope to make an impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping and transactional finance duties
  • Handling accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
  • Preparing monthly financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Supporting with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ensuring tax submissions and returns are accurate and filed on time
  • Running payroll and managing related deductions and reporting
  • Maintaining internal controls and helping to streamline financial processes
  • Providing financial insight and analysis to support senior decision-making
