Confidential in Leeds City Centre is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to own a broad range of finance responsibilities within a growing business in renewables and infrastructure.

This hands-on role is office-based in Leeds, offering variety across accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting, with exposure to currencies and VAT compliance. You will work closely with management to support budgets and forecasts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in engineering, construction, renewable energy or import/export is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Completing regular bank reconciliations.
• Working with foreign currencies, including Euros and Yuan.
• Preparing financial reports including P&L, balance sheets and cash flow.
• Supporting budgets and forecasts.
• Assisting with VAT and tax compliance.
• Processing payroll.
• Working with colleagues and management to provide financial information.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.
