About your new job
Reporting to the Managing Director and working in this broad, varied role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  1. Responsible for the payroll
  2. Reconciliations of Bank statements, Balance sheet and General Ledger
  3. Management of quarterly BAS and PAYG
  4. Responsible for all internal and external reporting requirements
  5. Manage Accounts payable and receivable function
  6. General ad-hoc tasks as required

About You
To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following:
  1. Previous experience in a similar position working across a broad variety of functions within finance
  2. Ability to run a small payroll end to end
  3. Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  4. Ability to work autonomously however be a strong team player
  5. Intermediate to Advanced Excel
  6. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  7. Strong Communication skills
