Qualifications

Bookkeeper Lincolnshire £30,000 to £35,000 Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a role where you can truly take ownership of your work in a growing and supportive business?

We re working with a fantastic company based in Lincolnshire to recruit a Bookkeeper who will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the finance function. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, wants autonomy, and thrives in a hands-on environment.

The business is going from strength to strength, and as they continue to grow, they re looking for someone who s happy to roll up their sleeves and take charge of the numbers, with the support of a friendly, down-to-earth team around them.

Responsibilities

As Bookkeeper, you ll be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including:

  • Day-to-day transactional finance, including purchase and sales ledger
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns
  • Managing bank reconciliations and payment runs
  • Posting journals, prepayments, and assisting with month-end
  • Supporting wider finance projects and improving processes
  • Acting as the go-to for finance queries from across the business

This isn t a boxed-in role you ll be trusted to manage your workload and suggest improvements, with the freedom to shape how things are done.
